If your child needs someone to talk to about school work or grades, friendships, decisions, or any life event, they can turn to their school counselor as a first step toward getting the help they need and deserve. Contact information for each school can be found below.

Students who struggle to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges can be assured they will be taken seriously and offered help. They may be referred to The Haven, located at Piscataway High School, a partnership between Piscataway Schools and Rutgers University’s Center for Applied Psychology, serving Piscataway students grades Pre-K through 12. Services include individual and family counseling, life-skills and stress management groups, consultation to district staff and crisis intervention. Haven services are driven by goals developed by and for each child, their family, and their teachers.
